Biden: I get up in the morning, look at Jill and say “where the hell are we?”

American voters have expressed concern about the mental competence of American President Joe Biden after bizarre remarks at a CNN Town Hall event yesterday.

Responding to a soft-ball question about settling into the White House, posed by left-wing journalist and Gloria Vanderbilt heir Anderson Cooper, the politician admitted: ‘I get up in the morning, look at Jill and say “where the hell are we?”’

He went on to suggest that members of America’s ethnic minority population “don’t know how to get online” in another major gaffe that politico Steven Cheung branded “a racist trope”.

Responding to the disturbing footage, American voters voiced concerns about Biden’s mental competence.

One social media user said “that’s the dementia” while another said “that’s what degenerative brain disorders do to people.”

Others took aim at the mainstream media, with many suggesting that America’s establishment press is taking it easy on the former Delaware Senator.

Social media users in recent days have particularly taken aim at fawning coverage of the President playing a Mario Kart video game at Camp David in the middle of a pandemic, asking whether the media’s coverage would be the same if Donald Trump had taken time off to enjoy the Nintendo game.

The embarrassing comments are only the latest in a long line of humiliating flubs that have haunted the Democrat politician in recent years, as he reemerged to take on Donald Trump in last year’s controversial presidential election.

He was widely mocked in September 2019 when his false teeth came dislodged in the middle of an answer at a televised Democratic primary debate.

In August last year, he lashed out at a CBS News journalist who asked him if he’d taken any cognitive tests. Biden asked the black journalist, Errol Bennett, rhetorically: “Are you a junkie?”

And three days ago he was recorded saying, in the middle of a rambling speech about America’s vaccine supplies: “this is enough vaccine to fully vaccinate 300 Americans, by the end of the summer and the beginning of the fall.” He went on to mumble for several seconds before saying “I want to repeat, it will be enough to fully vaccinate 300 Americans”.

Articles of impeachment have already been submitted against Biden by controversial congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene, who alleges he is unfit for office and abused his power as Vice President.
